Georgia Solar Development Company
The benefits of solar should be shared by everyone! Bright Spaces is a solar development company that takes a community-based approach to accelerate the adoption of solar energy in Georgia and the Southeast. Together with our sister company, Solar CrowdSource, we make it easy for individuals, businesses, nonprofits, and local governments to participate in utility, low-interest loan, community solar, bulk purchasing (Solarize), and innovative equity crowd-funding programs. The benefits of monthly savings, cleaner air and community development are shared by everyone involved. Sounds like a great deal, doesn’t it? That’s because it is.

"The Bright Spaces team was a tremendous asset in helping us accomplish our solar goals. They reviewed with us all the tax incentives and laid out the longterm ROI and cash-flow projections. They found a great host site and walked us through the application, development and construction processes all the way through completion. After our initial investment, the project pays for itself for the next 20 years! Their dedication and perseverance made investing in a new industry smooth and easy. We are excited to be working with them again this year to develop our second solar farm." –Rick Marshall, Marshall Properties, LLC
